zones of regulation
Hello blogger in room 11 we have been learning about zones regulation. Its about controling yourself. so if i was angery out of control rage quit i will be in the red zone if i was frustraed nervous i will be in the yellow zone if i was happy excited or ok ready cam i will be in the green zoneif i was up set or sad sick tired i will be in the blue zone.
